From what it looks the Karachi pitch is a sporting wicket, it's hard and green with the PCB hoping that it will produce a result.
The Pakistan Cricket Board and the Pakistan team have been under the fire due to the falt tracks being dished. Things like the Pakistan team is scared of loosing the test series to India could be the ceiling to all this controversy. The Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Shaharyar Khan has been keeping a close eye on how the pitch has panned out.
"The weather conditions led to the pitches for the first two Tests being dead tracks," Said the PCB chairman Shaharyar Khan. "But the sunshine and breeze in Karachi have ensured we have a good Test pitch for this match." He added.
The first two Tests in Lahore and Faisalabad ended in draws with the batsmen amassing 2,791 runs, including 12 centuries, and only 36 wickets falling. This has also led to both captains and even experts warning that such dead pitches would eventually rob the charm of India-Pakistan encounters.
As far as the team news goes, Sehwag is fit to play successfully recovering from food poisoning he suffered in the faisalabad test.Sourav Ganguly is likely to play in the team , as the Indians are very unlikely to play 5 bowlers in the last test match.
