Irfan Pathan creates history by becoming the 1st bowler ever to take a hat-trick in the first over of a test match. Description of Over 1: The first three deliveries of the over swung a great deal. The fourth ball to Salman Butt, the ball swung late and a tentative poke from Butt takes the edge and Rahul Dravid takes a very good catch at first slip. The fifth ball to the in-form Younis Khan, swung in late into the pads and he was caught plum in front of the wickets. The sixth ball to the ever reliable Mohammad Yosouf, well pitched up delivery with Yosouf going for a drive leaving a huge gap between bat and pad and his stumps were rattled. Pakistan now in dire straits with the scoreline reading 0/3 ! All of this makes it a very, very good toss to win -- batting should be at its best by afternoon of day two and for most of day three. 3 Cheers to Irfan Pathan and his great performance!
