India's right arm off-spinner Harbhajan Singh injured his finger during practice on saturday morning.

Team Reports say it is unlikely to prevent him from playing the first ODI at Peshawar.

"Harbhajan suffered a bruise on the forefinger of his bowling hand while fielding today. And we asked him not to bowl at the nets as a precautionary measure only. He will be available to play in the first match," captain Rahul Dravid informed reporters.

The practise session looked empty as not all the players were present and the ODI specialists were absent.

Reporters asked the pitch curator how the pitch would play but didnt get a solid answer from Agha Zahid, the Pakistan Cricket Board's chief curator.

But the pitch doesnt matter too much atleast not as much it matters in the test matches.

Hope to see a better start to the One day matches than we got for the tests.
