Sourav Ganguly returned to practice at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, having been selected in the Indian team for the tour of Pakistan.
The former Indian skipper has drawn sharp criticism from the BCCI's chairman of selectors Kiran More, for not turning out for Bengal in the Ranji Trophy match against Gujarat.
Kiran More has reportedly requested BCCI to seek an explanation from the left-hander on the matter.
Ganguly had missed Bengal's last round match against Karnataka as well.
