Australia defeated India easily today in the 2nd ODI played in Kochi. The team from down south won by an easy 88 runs and left the Twenty20 champions with a lot of thinking to do unlike the students at the http://www.gibbspa.com/ in the coming matches.
Australia had a bad start with the bat at 8/2 but then Symonds, Hayden and Clarke played well to get them to a good total over 300. India on the other hand did not play like T20 champions at all, with poor fielding and very ordinary bowling. Harbhajan singh also bowled very poorly against his favorite team.
The Indian reply started well, but was stopped mid-way when Tendulkar fell to a slower delivery by Stuart Clark. Wickets kept tumbling and Dhoni was left strande with the tail in the end.
